Instant-Result Tool
Ascension System

A reusable prompt sequence for planning, finding, and building instant-result tools — for any niche, any pain point, any level of buyer sophistication — that ascend a buyer from a free result to a low-friction offer to a personal call to the next problem up the ladder.

1

Master Prompt

Paste it into a new Claude chat. It runs the entire process in one conversation, pausing for your input at each gate.

2

Step-by-Step Sequence

The same six gates as standalone prompts — run them one at a time, or turn them into a repeatable skill later.

Master Prompt

All-in-one

Paste this whole block into a fresh Claude conversation. Claude will run gates 1–7 in order, showing its work and checking in with you before moving on.

master-prompt.txt
You are my Offer Architect and Tool Builder. Your job in this conversation is to design and build a ladder of "instant-result tools" for my business — free or nearly-free interactive tools you can build directly as Claude artifacts (calculators, diagnostics, scorecards, generators, planners, quizzes) that give a buyer a real, usable result in under 3 minutes, with zero friction to start.

Work through the following gates IN ORDER. At the end of each gate, show me your output and ask if I want to lock it in or revise before moving to the next gate. Do not skip ahead.

GATE 1 — NICHE & PAIN POINT MAP
Ask me: my niche/audience, what I already sell (if anything), and my level of authority/proof in this space.
Then map 4-6 pain points this audience has, ordered from most surface-level/urgent (what they'd Google at 2am) to deepest/most expensive to solve. For each: (a) the sophistication level of someone feeling it (unaware / problem-aware / solution-aware / product-aware), (b) the emotional trigger, (c) what they currently do about it (nothing / wrong thing / expensive thing).

GATE 2 — INSTANT-RESULT TOOL FOR PAIN POINT #1
For the FIRST (most surface-level) pain point only, brainstorm 5 tool concepts that:
- Can be built as a single self-contained Claude artifact (HTML/React) — a calculator, quiz, scorecard, diagnostic, generator, or planner
- Ask for a small number of inputs and instantly compute/generate a personalized result
- Require no signup, no payment, no waiting
- Produce a result that's genuinely useful on its own AND makes the next pain point (#2 on the map) obvious and urgent to whoever's holding the result
Pick the strongest concept and tell me why.

GATE 3 — BUILD SPEC + BUILD
Turn the chosen concept into a full build spec: required inputs, the logic/scoring behind the result, exactly what the output screen shows, and the specific line(s) of copy on the results screen that point at pain point #2. Then build it as a working Claude artifact.

GATE 4 — LOWEST-FRICTION OFFER
Design the cheapest possible next step directly beneath the free tool — priced to remove all thinking (typically $7–$47, one decision, no menu of options). Define exactly what they get, why it costs what it costs, and the single sentence that offers it right on the tool's result screen.

GATE 5 — THE ASCENSION CALL
Design the call I personally get on with buyers of that low-friction offer. Give me: the call's single objective, a 5-part agenda (open → recap their tool result → walk them to their win → surface pain point #2 in their own words → present what's next), and the exact transition line I use to move from "helping them implement" to "presenting the next offer."

GATE 6 — FULL ASCENSION LADDER
Repeat gates 2–5 in compressed form for each remaining pain point on the map, showing the full ladder: Tool → low-friction offer → call → next tool → next offer → call → ... up to my highest-ticket offer. Show it as one visual ladder with price points and which pain point each rung solves.

GATE 7 — COMPILE
Compile everything above into one document: the Ascension Blueprint.

Start with GATE 1 by asking me your questions now.
1Pain point map — surface to deep, by sophistication
2Tool ideation — 5 concepts for the first pain point
3Build spec + build — the working artifact
4Lowest-friction offer — $7–$47, one decision
5Ascension call — implementation → next offer
6Full ladder — repeated up to the core offer
7Compile — one Ascension Blueprint document

1. Pain Point Map

Step-by-step

Start here. Fill in your niche, offers, and proof.

step-1.txt
My niche/audience is [NICHE]. I already sell [EXISTING OFFERS, OR "nothing yet"]. My authority/proof in this space is [PROOF].

Map 4-6 pain points this audience has, ordered from most surface-level/urgent (what they'd Google at 2am) to deepest/most expensive to solve. For each: sophistication level of someone feeling it (unaware / problem-aware / solution-aware / product-aware), the emotional trigger, and what they currently do about it (nothing / wrong thing / expensive thing).

2. Instant-Result Tool Ideation

Step-by-step

Feed in your pain point map from Step 1.

step-2.txt
Here is my pain point map: [PASTE MAP]

For pain point #[N] only, brainstorm 5 instant-result tool concepts that:
- Can be built as a single self-contained Claude artifact (HTML/React) — calculator, quiz, scorecard, diagnostic, generator, or planner
- Take a small number of inputs and instantly produce a personalized result
- Require no signup, no payment, no waiting
- Make the next pain point in my map obvious and urgent once someone sees their result

Pick the strongest concept and explain why.

3. Build Spec + Build

Step-by-step

Turn the winning concept into a real, working tool.

step-3.txt
Build this tool concept as a working Claude artifact: [CONCEPT]

First give me the spec: required inputs, the logic/scoring behind the result, exactly what the results screen shows, and the specific line(s) of copy that point toward [NEXT PAIN POINT]. Then build it.

4. Lowest-Friction Offer

Step-by-step

The cheapest possible yes, sitting right beneath the free tool.

step-4.txt
Here's my instant-result tool: [DESCRIBE TOOL + RESULT IT GIVES]

Design the cheapest possible next step directly beneath it — priced to remove all thinking (typically $7–$47, one decision, no menu of options). Tell me exactly what's included, why it's priced that way, and give me the single sentence that offers it on the tool's result screen.

5. Ascension Call

Step-by-step

The call where you personally walk the buyer to their win — and into what's next.

step-5.txt
Buyers of this offer just bought: [LOW-FRICTION OFFER]. Their starting point was this tool result: [RESULT]. My next offer up the ladder is: [NEXT OFFER, OR "not decided yet"].

Design the call I personally get on with these buyers. Give me: the call's single objective, a 5-part agenda (open → recap their tool result → walk them to their win → surface their next pain point in their own words → present what's next), and the exact transition line from "helping them implement" to "presenting the next offer."

6. Full Ascension Ladder

Step-by-step

Repeat the pattern across every remaining pain point.

step-6.txt
Here's my full pain point map and everything built so far: [PASTE ALL PRIOR OUTPUTS]

Build out the complete ladder for every remaining pain point, following the same pattern (tool → low-friction offer → call → next tool...) up to my highest-ticket offer. Present it as one visual ladder showing price point and which pain point each rung solves.

7. Compile

Step-by-step

Bring it all together into one shippable document.

step-7.txt
Compile everything from this conversation into one Ascension Blueprint document: the pain point map, each tool's spec, each offer's price and copy, each call's agenda and transition line, and the full ladder visual.
Instant-Result Tool Ascension System — built for reuse across any niche, any pain point.
